010 Α - Palantza

PORTABLE METAL SCALE, which was a variation of the steelyard and was used for weighing small weights (1-10 okas). It consists of a rod with gradations for weight calculation, from which four chains used to hang, with a metal disc fitted at their bottom. It was mainly used for weighing grain, fruit and vegetables.
